Abbiamo sviluppato la nostra &#8220;ricetta&#8221; e l&#8217;abbiamo testata nel laboratorio di Prusa Polymers. Ci sono voluti molti sforzi per perfezionare e testare perch\u00e9 volevamo creare un materiale che avesse tutte le qualit\u00e0 del policarbonato, ma anche una buona stampabilit\u00e0. La consegna del nuovo pezzo avrebbe dovuto richiedere 14 giorni e, dato che la linea di compounding viene utilizzata quotidianamente, un tale ritardo era inaccettabile. La soluzione era ovvia &#8211; per rendere la linea di nuovo operativa, andremo a sostituire la parte metallica danneggiata con una nuova stampata con Prusament PC Blend su una delle nostre stampanti 3D Original Prusa. La parte del modello \u00e8 stata divisa in due parti per una migliore stampa e montaggio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#e0e0e0\">Abbiamo scelto il <strong>Prusament PC Blend Natural<\/strong> per la stampa dei componenti. Sono stati stampati su una <strong>stampante Original Prusa i3 MK3S<\/strong> (senza involucro) con un&#8217;altezza di strato di 0,2 mm con un riempimento rettilineo del 20% di densit\u00e0. Le impostazioni pi\u00f9 avanzate dello slicer erano le stesse che sono attualmente nel profilo in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prusa3d.com\/page\/prusaslicer_424\/\"><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prusa3d.com\/page\/prusaslicer_424\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.prusa3d.com\/page\/prusaslicer_424\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PrusaSlicer<\/a>. La coppia trasmessa \u00e8 stata superiore a 55 Nm per 3 settimane &#8211; e il modello ha superato il test a pieni voti! Dopo aver ricevuto un nuovo pezzo dal produttore, \u00e8 stato possibile sostituire il surrogato stampato. Le condizioni del giunto usato possono essere viste nella foto. Ovviamente, avere la linea di compounding fuori uso per un periodo pi\u00f9 lungo ostacolerebbe la nostra ricerca e produzione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prusament PC Blend ha superato la prova pratica con ottimi risultati, come materiale adatto a carichi meccanici pesanti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quali sono i vantaggi di PC Blend e quando vale la pena usarlo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Abbiamo scelto <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prusa3d.com\/category\/prusament-pc-blend\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.prusa3d.com\/category\/prusament-pc-blend\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Prusament PC Blend<\/a> per la sua capacit\u00e0 di resistere a una combinazione di temperature pi\u00f9 elevate e stress meccanico senza deformazioni (cio\u00e8 la &#8220;resistenza allo scorrimento&#8221;). In generale, Prusament PC Blend \u00e8 la scelta perfetta per stampe 3D robuste e durevoli o parti sottoposte a stress meccanico. PC Blend \u00e8 altamente resistente al calore, fino a 113 \u00b0C. Naturalmente, ci siamo concentrati anche sulla buona stampabilit\u00e0 sulle nostre stampanti Original Prusa i3 MK3S.
