Se esperaba que la entrega de la nueva pieza tardara 14 d\u00edas y, dado que la l\u00ednea de composici\u00f3n se utiliza a diario, ese retraso era inaceptable. La pieza del modelo se ha dividido en dos partes para una mejor impresi\u00f3n y montaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#e0e0e0\">Elegimos <strong>Prusament PC Blend Natural<\/strong> para imprimir las piezas. Se imprimieron en la <strong>impresora Original Prusa i3 MK3S<\/strong> (sin cerramiento) con una altura de capa de 0,2 mm con un relleno rectil\u00edneo de 20% de densidad. Los ajustes m\u00e1s avanzados del laminador eran los mismos que ahora en el perfil actual en<a href=\"https:\/\/www.prusa3d.com\/page\/prusaslicer_424\/\"><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prusa3d.com\/page\/prusaslicer_424\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.prusa3d.com\/page\/prusaslicer_424\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PrusaSlicer<\/a>. El par de torsi\u00f3n transmitido fue superior a 55 Nm durante 3 semanas, y el modelo super\u00f3 la prueba con \u00e9xito. Tras recibir una pieza nueva del fabricante, fue posible sustituir el sustituto impreso. El estado del acoplamiento usado puede verse en la foto. Obviamente, tener la l\u00ednea de compuestos fuera de servicio durante un periodo m\u00e1s largo dificultar\u00eda nuestra investigaci\u00f3n y producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prusament PC Blend ha superado la prueba pr\u00e1ctica con excelentes resultados, como material adecuado para cargas mec\u00e1nicas pesadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las ventajas de PC Blend y cu\u00e1ndo merece la pena utilizarlo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elegimos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prusa3d.com\/category\/prusament-pc-blend\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.prusa3d.com\/category\/prusament-pc-blend\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Prusament PC Blend<\/a> por su capacidad de soportar una combinaci\u00f3n de temperaturas m\u00e1s altas y tensi\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica sin deformarse (es decir, &#8220;resistencia a la fluencia&#8221;). En general, Prusament PC Blend es la elecci\u00f3n perfecta para impresiones 3D fuertes y duraderas o piezas sometidas a esfuerzos mec\u00e1nicos. El PC Blend es altamente resistente al calor, hasta 113 \u00b0C. Naturalmente, tambi\u00e9n nos centramos en la buena imprimibilidad en nuestras impresoras Original Prusa i3 MK3S.
